Types of labels

Labels may help you to organize your selection processes. If you assign labels to the applicants, when reviewing a selection process you will have a reference on those applicants that will ease the process.

When you access the label settings you will see there are 4 types of labels:

Job Labels: These labels allow you to enter information of the position to which the applicant applied.

Job Board Labels: You may set this labels to know where the application originated.

Candidate Labels: These labels allow you to highlight applicant qualities that you value, such as their knowledge or their personality.

Discard Reasons: When discarding an application, you may assign a label indicating the reason for discarding it.

You may choose the name, color and type of label you want to create.

Shared labels

When creating label in “Candidates”, you may choose to share that label with the subsidiary companies. This means that when a company sets up a label as shared, the subgroup directly under it may use the label to classify their applicants in the different processes.

Note that only the company who created that shared label can edit it or delete it.

Edit Labels

To edit a label, just click on the pencil icon next to the label.

NOTE: If the label is marked as shared from the main company, the subsidiaries will not have access to this setting. This label can only be modified or deleted from the main company who created it.

Deleting Labels

To delete a label, click on the "X" next to the label.

NOTE: If the label is marked as shared from the main company, the subsidiaries will not have access to this setting. This label can only be modified or deleted from the main company who created it.

Set the discarding reasons display

You may choose in which folders within the offer (Applicants, In Progress, or Shortlist) the reasons for discarding applications will show.
